Credential expiration tracking

Never let your expire by surprise.

NeverForget tracks when your API keys, tokens, and certificates expire and emails your team before they do. No more midnight outages caused by a forgotten renewal.

We store metadata only. Your secret values never touch NeverForget.

Why NeverForget

Expired credentials break production. Reminders shouldn't.

Keys are issued in one place, used in another, and owned by someone who may have left. NeverForget gives every expiration date a home and an owner.

01

One inventory of every key

Record each key's name, issuer, source, tags, and expiration date. Pick from common providers like Stripe and GitHub as you add them.

02

Alerts before it's too late

Choose a warning window of 1, 7, 15, or 30 days. Organization owners get a single digest listing every key about to expire.

03

Built for teams

Share keys within an organization so renewals don't depend on one person's calendar. Log the new expiration date once a key is renewed and alerts start again.

How it works

Track the expiry, not the secret.

NeverForget keeps metadata about your credentials and nothing else. You get the reminders without handing over anything sensitive.

  • Add keys manually, or connect a source such as AWS Secrets Manager to discover them
  • Get one email digest per organization when keys enter the warning window
  • Refresh a key's expiration date after you renew it, and its history is kept
What a digest looks like

Questions

Good to know.

A few answers before you start tracking.

What is NeverForget?

NeverForget is an expiration tracker for API keys, tokens, and other credentials. It warns your team by email before they expire so you can renew them in time.

Do you store my secrets?

No. A key in NeverForget is metadata only: its name, issuer, source, tags, and expiration date. The secret value is never stored.

How and when am I notified?

Choose a warning window of 1, 7, 15, or 30 days. Organization owners receive one email digest listing every key that is about to expire.

What happens after I renew a key?

Renew the credential at its issuer, then refresh the key in NeverForget with the new expiration date. Alerts are re-armed and the refresh is kept in the key's history.

Can my team share keys?

Yes. Keys belong to an organization that you share with your teammates, and owners receive the expiry digests.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term commitments, and you can manage your plan from your account.
